I never need to buy kitchen were because I don’t own a house but I always go in the wander around because there is so many things to look around, and there are so many floor!! Love the shop

Over officious policy on collections, applied inconsistently by staff. Husband placed order online and to avoid a £6.95 delivery charge (!) arranged to collect in store. Despite having his email confirmation with me, staff member would not let me collect without ID AND the bank card used to pay. Husband later managed to collect items but wasn’t asked for all 3 documents requested. Totally ridiculous and illogical policy, and one not deemed necessary by other major retailers like M&S, John Lewis, Next and Argos. Perhaps could understand need for ID if it had been knives, but it was only a cake tin! Not helpful in run up to Christmas. Will go to ProCook next time.

Really rude and arrogant staff! I asked if they stocked something and the male staff member just laughed at me and send they hadn’t stocked them for years then just walked off! I walked out in disgust and then when my sister tried to pay for her items the female staff member just ignored her at the till and she had to pick her items up and move to another till to pay! You are in Harrogate people not Mayfair!!! Learn some manners!

Lakeland brand is very reliable and the staff are always helpful. We visited the store in Harrogate today (not our local branch) and Kim was especially helpful and knowledgeable about air fryers. Excellent customer service.

Great shop for all kitchen essentials and more. It's across three floors which is a bit if a pain but there is a lift if needed. Staff in here are always friendly and can often fully answer questions about any of the products with great knowledge and understanding of how these work.
