Lakeland

Do not buy! I bought an extending tile scrubber. After using it a while, I have given up on it. I am 74 years old with Arthritis, and live alone, and bought it so I didn't have to climb to clean. The extending mechanism doesn't hold the rod in place. I had to get my step ladder out. Once again, I'm totally disgusted Lakeland.

I was served by Mehvish today who was so incredibly kind and helpful, she went above and beyond to help me find everything I need and was an absolute pleasure to talk to. She is a true asset to Lakeland and I will definitely be coming back! Service with a smile

The staff in the Lakeland store at Meadowhall Sheffield are great. The last couple of times I've been in, they have been on hand to help out. Nothing us too much trouble. The quality of the goods is always excellent and The store is laid out so it is easy to see the products, without everything being too close together.

I love looking around Lakeland especially near Christmas. I visited the Medowhall store yesterday and I have to say the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, with a special shout out to Hazel. I will certainly be returning soon 😊

I was in this very shop yesterday, took my things to the till to pay, three members of staff were chatting together with their backs to the customers, eventually one of them realised I was there and abruptly told me which till to go to, after a few minutes of them still chatting together I left my things on the counter and had to walk out. The trouble was I really wanted the items so today I went to my home store in Nottingham where I was greeted at the door, directed to the cookie cutters by another staff member and was treated respectfully by the cashier. I also often visit the store in Windermere which has excellent service. I think the way we shop has changed this last few years and customer service should be important. Sheffield ladies need to complete a customer care course.
