Primark

Absolutely appalling service, whilst i was shopping a cash office worker ran over me with his “trolley”, no apology just ignored and carried on walking. He was being followed by a guard as if he was a run away puppy. Then a blonde girl served me, early 20s, her face sour and so rude. She clearly did not want to be there. Will not be returning to this branch until theres better services

I wouldn’t usually write a review. But the service I have received today was beyond what words can describe. The store attendant I think I recall her name being Isabelle was arrogant and obnoxious. Was not helpful and I think she was just bored. You could tell she did not want to be there. This has put me off returning to this branch in the future.

Saw a manager berate a member of staff really put me off returning. However the girl on fitting rooms - think her name was courtney and the really tall man were so helpful that they stopped this review being negative.

First visit to this Primark and I was very impressed with how spacious it was. It was late afternoon when I visited but the store was very clean and tidy. Lovely staff.
