The White Company

I have visited this store on many occasions, the product is lovely, the largest thing to let this company down is the manager of this store. She is rude to staff and customers, I feel uneasy when shopping here when she is on the shop floor. It is as though she doesn’t want you to spend money in her shop. Her negative attitude clearly spreads to the staff she employs. I was thrilled to hear the assistant manager had moved on as she was also very rude and obnoxious. I would urge the white company head office to seriously review this woman and let her go. I know MANY other local Harrogate shoppers feel the same!

One shockingly aggressive female supervisor/manager sours the whole experience, as a long time customer for 30 years she has not only shouted at me, but I have also seen her shout at other customers…she is the talk of Harrogate stores on this strip…and letting you down White Company…she is planting you from local customers of whom I know half a dozen…if no one is telling you then this is your opportunity…even the other staff give her anxious side glances with the look of fear and trepidation…who needs it!!!

Excellent service in the harrogate store , Rachel organised for me to receive a top in my size . Nothing was too much trouble, I was in the store on Wednesday and received my top on Friday , an added bonus , it was sent with free p&p . Well done the harrogate store .

Fairly small but staff were a little bit miserable when I visited last - not like my local York store where staff are always helpful. Might have been an off day but all in all not a great visit, will always visit York in future.

Better quality goods than we expected.
