I thought this would be a great experience with the variety of brands. The experience was a little dull and lifeless in some of the brand areas and in some cases the knowledge from the staff regarding their products was poor. However, on the good side, the choice was amazing and brands worth travelling for and some great choices available. Spent way too much!

Quality furniture at a price, good range and it will last. Bought dining table with stools, made of real wood and heavy. Looks the part and use it daily.

Just been down to showroom and found a lovely sofa I was interested in. However due to the fact I was in my work clothes the sales team didn't seem interested and one actually walked past me to serve another couple. Should I have to get changed to buy a sofa?
