I am absolutely thrilled with my new kitchen from Magnet. It’s absolutely stunning 😍 The quality is amazing. Any queries I had were resolved quickly and professionally. A huge thank you to Nick, Vicky and Darren who have all been super helpful, friendly and incredibly accommodating throughout the whole process! They all went above and beyond for us and it has been truly appreciated They consistently went out of their way to help on a number of occasions, making the experience smooth and stress-free. Really impressed with both the product and the service. Thank you so much I am so glad I choose Magnet for my dream kitchen — highly recommended!

First class. Nick and his team delivered a tremendous customer experience from start to finish from initial showroom visit and design through to installation. We made a couple of changes to the initial design after ordering which was dealt with in a very professional manner and nothing was too much of a problem.Very pleased with the overall quality and we are absolutely delighted with the end result . Would highly recommend.

I've started using the bingley branch for my trade kitchens since nick has taken over as the new manager and can't fault the service, I also do direct fits for the branch and the sales team and designers do.a brilliant job also

Awful experience, avoid at all costs! We were missold our kitchen, lots of Costs were hidden and only came to light as our old kitchen was removed. The new kitchen was fitted badly and they didn't even finish it! We are still left with a garage full of items they didn't use that they refuse to collect and their customer service is non existent, they simply ignore you once they have your money.

This branch is by far the worst I have ever had to deal with. The customer service is atrocious! If you want to be waiting months on end for missing bits of your kitchen and for your complaints to fall on deaf ears then this is certainly the place to go to. I'm 11 emails in, countless phone calls and they want paying for what's been delivered, not forgetting the kitchen is nowhere near complete. This place needs shutting down!
