I have to agree with Anushka. I walked in, well dressed, wearing a timepiece of equal value to the ones I was looking at and it felt like an effort to get any information out of the salesperson. I was not offered a seat yet I was the only customer in the store. I tried them on at the counter and asked about a similarly priced pieces and got blunt, unhelpful response. I don't want a fanfare when I enter a luxury boutique, but I certainly don't want to be made to feel an inconvenience. Won't be going back.

As soon as we walked in, met by three very rude sales people. Made to feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Do better!

Took my engagement ring in on the saturday for a resize. They phoned me tues to say it was ready. Had to size up as was a little tight. So lovely to wear it again. You cant tell and the hallmarks are undisturbed. They didnt mention it but im sure its been cleaned and buffed. Thank you so much.

The poorest of poor service. I wanted to buy a watch here in 2018. I left my details as they did not have the watch I wanted in stock. I got a call one year later asking if I still wanted the watch and I of course said yes. Now in 2024, I haven't heard from them since. I guess this company must hate money and satisfied customers. Avoid them.

I recently visited the store by appointment to collect a Blancpain Fifty Fathoms, a watch I have been after for many years, which I had ordered during Black Friday weekend. The saving was significant at 20% especially when you consider Blancpain, in my experience, never offer any discount at all. Whilst I was there I made enquiries with regard to purchasing a strap for my Cartier Roadster and, much to my surprise, it was delivered to me three weeks later. My experience of Owen & Robinson could not have been better. The service provided by Matthew and Tom was exemplary, they went above and beyond expectations in their efforts to secure both the Fifty Fathoms and the Cartier strap for me. The store is an hour and a half's drive away (I live in Manchester) but even so I will most certainly make Owen & Robinson my first choice when considering my next purchase.
