Both of my girls aged 8 and 13 had their ears pierced by Maisie today at Crystal Peaks branch and it was great. She was very friendly and helpful, talked us through every step of the process, and did everything required to ensure good hygiene. The end result was both girls were very happy and the process was virtually painless and made them giggle more than wince. Also the piercings were great value here, only paying the cost of the earrings and which started from £14.99. I'm very impressed.

Been to get my daughters ears pierced today. Absolutely amazing service. Had mine redone at the same time too as moral support. Staff were amazing. The guy who pierced our ears was great at making sure they were even and central (with mine needing redone it was a bit more of a question over if that was possible but he did amazing). There's a fair few staff trained in the procedure so due to it being a less busy time no booking was required but check in advance just in case. Not painful like I remember back in my youth. No shock bang piercing gun like was used in my youth though which might be the difference. A tool is used but it's gentle. Highly recommend. Explained the whole process and many styles of studs to choose from.

I was served by Morgan at the Crystal Peak’s store in Sheffield. She was extremely polite and helpful when I was looking at watches and was patient when I couldn’t decide which ones I wanted to try. When I had finally made up my mind, she altered the strap so that it fitted perfectly. I couldn’t have been happier with my purchase, so thank you Morgan (hope your finger is better soon!), you are a credit to the store.

Hi just wanted to say a big thank you to the staff at crystal peaks Sheffield H Samuel’s , for the help given to my mum today (she needed her rings cutting off) . From Maisey who answered the phone who answered all my mums questions very efficiently and was very polite, to Johnny Walker who talked her through the process of cutting her rings off, did a very good job polite and very friendly man . Wonderful service from Johnny and Maisie! We purchased our wedding rings from Maisie who provided a very good service and was very patient and friendly. When collecting our rings, I left my engagement ring to be repaired, resized and cleaned.I had worn it for 43 years and for the past 5 years couldn't take it off. My fiancé managed to saw it off! As you can imagine it was in a bit of a mess but Johnny assured me it could be repaired.
