I am on palative care but still dispute my husbandgoing with me before and I would send my personal details and be on the phone when he arrived and only me could answer personal question still refused to help so when you get yo end who would or can help you sorry I did highly rate them but now I have a different outlook

Absolutely useless staff didn’t have a clue what he was doing so if i was you avoid this place like the plague thought an half sovereign was 9 carat so how many other people have been duped

What a lovely shop, the staff are very nice and helpful could not do enough to help. The only gold shop I use, recommend to everyone i know. Clair is the absolute best!

I'd give this store 0 stars if I could. My partner has been waiting for a refund for 3 weeks now. Staff have been so rude, not listening and constantly speaking over and have no manors at all. It's not like it's £20, it's a lot of money and the respect they show customers is disgusting. Will never shop here again Worst customer service ever experienced

When in to get family antique jewellery looked at that I had for a while. staff member called violet was the sweetest person and was so helpful she was very sincere. Amazing experience
