Needed urgent plastic jewellery for an MRI scan and the lady who picked up my call - What an absolute gem!, and she went bejond the call to support me successfully. What can I say apart from what a wonderful soul she is and I cant thank her enough ❤️ Thank you soooo much🙏🏼 Looking forward to getting mobile again and actually pop in to the shop 🥰

The manager is very rude and out of touch with the laws on assistance dogs, we entered the shop and the young girl on the counter said it was ok for us to come in with the dog as it was an assistance dog, the next minute the manager/owner appeared and shouted for us to get out, in front of other customers, this left my daughter very upset and distressed. It’s a shame as it’s a lovely shop but if you have an assistance dog with you be prepared to be kicked out of the shop!!!

Rue B had a fantastic selection of titanium earrings for newly pierced ears. We received some very friendly, expert advice from the wonderful chap in the shop and we came away very happy with some beautiful amethyst earrings. We will definitely be returning.

Disappointed with the service here today, after being told we could exchange if the earring was wrong it turns out you can only do that if it's not been opened. How you'd know it's wrong without opening is a mystery. The terms of return/exchange should be made clear upon purchase. Man that served us had a total lack of empathy, almost lost the earring we were trying to return with the response of "oh well it's gone now" you'll have to buy another. Offered no solution other than this, given that he dropped it I was hoping for more from him. Such a shame as there is a good range of jewellery here but sadly we can't recommend nor would we return due to a complete lack of customer service.
