Lovely staff and such a smooth transaction. I call the day before and spoke to a lovely gentleman to reserve a necklace. He was really nice and enthusiastic. The day I came in it was super busy which is to be expected round Christmas. The staff member who served me was great (I think her name was Anya but it's been a couple weeks since) and despite how busy it was I was in and out in no time.

Another great experience at this store as always. Today I was served by Kelsey, she was lovely and extremely helpful. I left with some beautiful earrings for Christmas, perfect to match my necklace & bracelet. Thank you Kelsey ☺️

I visited the store yesterday after hearing how great my sister’s experience was the other day, and I’m so glad I went. Sasha helped us again and was lovely, welcoming and patient especially considering how busy it was. She even went out of her way to retrieve another bracelet from the back that ended up being perfect as well as other bracelets that matched my style perfectly, and I instantly loved them so much I bought a few. My sister ended up buying another bracelet too. Sasha tailored the packaging beautifully, She also helped us look at other jewellery and watches, letting me try things on without ever feeling rushed and giving really helpful advice. She truly went above and beyond again, which we are so grateful for. Exceptional service and such a positive experience, we’ll definitely be back.

Came by last week to do some Christmas shopping. Anya, was attentive, helpful and her attention to detail was on point as I didn’t really have a clue as to what I had in mind. Her customer service was excellent. I will definitely return!

Went in to buy a ring, was met by Anya. She was very professional and had great product knowledge, she was really approachable,answering the many questions I had. She gave me various options making suitable recommendations,finding alternatives. Due to her exceptional customer service skills I will definitely come back. She's a credit to the company!!!
