Using for a second time in the last 6 months. All staff are always very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. The process of hiring a storage room is very easy and efficient. The app is brilliant which is used to access the building. I definitely recommend this company for all your storage needs.

Amazing customer service, super friendly and so helpful! We're using the lock up for Christmas as a business and were a little unsure of what size we needed but the women we dealt with helped us see the sizes available and got us all sorted in no time. Would definitely recommend as the ease of use is unlike any other in York with gated entry after opening hours

Was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and speed at which I was able to rent storage space today. Talked on the phone with Lauren and popped in to see the size of the units. Beth got to show me around and explained the whole deal. Both ladies were absolutely lovely and answered any questions I had. The whole thing was done and dusted within 30 minutes. And Lauren is in the #SconeAsInGone club, Beth we’ll have to work on! And met Joseph too, all friendly and helpful. I have to also say that the storage of all my items went well, and the app was easy to use!
