Hobbs

Went into Hobbs today after having a horrible experience in another shop. Was greeted by friendly helpful staff. I tried on a hat couldn't decide the kind lady put it to one side. I went back and thanked them but I had got sorted. I will go back and purchase at some point. I would recommend this shop to everyone

I went to the Harrogate store the other week and had a wonderful experience with the staff. They were very helpful and supportive with their thoughts and ideas. They spent extra time with me to help me find the ideal dress for my daughters wedding. They stayed after closing time to make sure I was able to get everything I needed. Thank you again. Lovely lady in the shop with blonde hair from the Harrogate store was so lovely! We were shopping for a special occasion wedding anniversary! She recommended different accessories for a dress and even upselled a pair of shoes to us. Really happy with the experience! Thank you again 😊

I went to Hobbs in Harrogate today and the shop assistants and Shazia in particular couldn’t be more helpful. I found a beautiful dress but Shazia helped me to turn it into a stunning outfit with all the accessorises. I am attending a 60th birthday party and I will look and feel amazing. Thank you.
