What a really great shoe shop for the ladies. My wife loves this shop, you can get some really good bargains in the sale here.Staff are great,very helpful, what's not to like.

Mrs saw a pair of these online and fancied a pair. As we were already in Meadowhall, we called in to see if they had any to try on before purchasing. The two ladies in store were excellent and even though they had the shoe in the correct size, they unfortunately didn't have the rainbow colorway in store. They did however order a pair through their system to be delivered to our address. Mrs loves them. Thank you ladies for your help. I also gained bonus points for parting with my CC

My new trainers had some leather scuffed off. The two ladies on shift were very kind and helpful and exchanged them immediately with no fuss. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Having bought a pair of £200 boots in January I noticed the heel on one of the boots had become loose and had split. I returned them to the shop in the hope of a replacement pair. In the store the matter was escalated to the Manager. She inspected the boots and in front of other customers, she made me feel humiliated. I was asked if I had been climbing in them, had they been in water, and I had I caught them on something. None of these things had happened. Still in front of other customers I was told this had never occurred with any other boots and she clearly did not believe me. I initially wanted a replacement pair although these would need to be ordered. I was so distressed I then said I wanted a refund which I was begrudgingly given and I left as soon as I could. Shocking customer service

Extremely helpful staff. after struggling all year to find some shoes that I can wear comfortably due to nerve damage, I decided to try this shop. I explained my situation to the lady and she sorted me a pair of trainers that I can actually wear. Will definitely be returning for another pair. Unfortunately I didn't get the sales lady name but she has by far been the most helpful out of all the shoe shops I've tried.
