Called into the shop today to buy a pair of men’s size 9 weatherproof shoes at lunchtime. My friend and I wondered through the store that was empty and two girl shop assistants were talking and never once asked can we help you they just let us walk through the store and out of the door. With staff like this you don’t deserve sales. I wouldn’t pay the pair of them in washers

Shoe Zone have a good selection of mens, womens, and children's shoes. The prices vary, ranging from £7.99 for summer shoes, to £39.99 for soft leather shoes. I find the Softie range of shoes ideal for me, because I struggle to find comfortable shoes. These are very reasonably priced.

Went to take back some trainers what I bought for work which was faulty I showed the so called manager and she said it was the stitching that was comming undone and just needed to trim them, I shouldn't need to do that.The trainers were 29.99 so wasn't cheap. Will not be shopping in this store again.

Called in yesterday to look for shoes for my grandson. I asked for help from the assistant who showed me there range . Unfortunately the one's I wanted we're only available online . The assistant couldn't have been more helpful and I will return again when needing new footwear .

I am appalled by the customer service here After buying toe post sandals from here the other day, I wore them only to find after 5 minutes they were cutting and digging into my feet because of the design of the toe post that has a sharp edged metal love heart over the toe post. I had the receipt and tried to return. They would not exchange or return my money!! So now I have sandals I have paid for and cannot wear.!!!
