had a wonderful experience at the optometrist’s recently. From start to finish, the team made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Seher provided excellent support throughout my visit, showing genuine care and making sure I had everything I needed. Haleema was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which created such a warm atmosphere as soon as I walked in. Taz was also very helpful, taking the time to answer my questions and guide me through the process with patience. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service — the team went above and beyond to make the visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

I'm only giving one star because I don't have a choice. The security guard with the glasses female instantly followed me to the perfume testers and last time I checked they were there for testing. She instantly clocked me but no one else btw in the shop. I've 🐝 in a few times and sometimes she didn't see me but eventually was there making me feel uncomfortable.. I hadn't done anything wrong.. Iwas browsing and last time I checked ithought it was legal. I wasn't acting suspicious or even shoplifted so why are you outcasting me and making me feel unwelcome as hel. You have instantly judged me but on what..u don't know me...it's unprofessional to judge someone on how u think they are.r vhow they look.Shocking behavior I wouldn't give them my money if they was last shop on Earth.

I had an issue booking my flu jab online and unfortunately didn’t hear back from customer support for over a week. Thankfully, Kirby at Boots Broadway took the time to listen, resolve the problem, and personally book my appointment. She was patient, helpful, and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted. Excellent service from her.

They gave my elderly father who’s nearly 90 an opticians appointment. We went to appointment only to be told the appointment time had changed. When asked if they can accommodate as they made the mistake they said no and turned us away. Their manager Sobia wasn’t able to speak to us as she was in a meeting. Poor communication and customer service. Avoid
