The staff were very friendly and helpful. I traded in some old consoles and games which took a while but I understand why. You are unlikely to get as much as you expect if you use the pricing on the website but the staff were clear and transparent at all times. I will use them again

My partner got told if she purchased something and it turned out we didn’t want we could take back within a day and get a refund only to he told we would get vouchers and the employ who served her said he never said that therefore had lied to my partner bit off a joke really

I never write reviews for anything but I had to for this This isn't a review of me buying from there but actually someone selling my STOLEN AirPods case to them. I was tracking it the whole time as I had lost it on the 36 Bus Route, and it seemed to have been the bus driver judging from where they were moving from. If you had actually bothered to do checks you would instantly see that it was reported as lost and my phone number would come up. I understand that you cant give it to me since I had to report it to the police but I dont understand how a company as big as yours cant do the necessary checks to ensure a device, an APPLE device which has very easy ways to check if its stolen, isnt stolen Just for this situation, I would avoid them, who knows what stolen goods they have accepted. I have nothing against the people I saw today they pointed me in the right direction, but Im still left annoyed

Very inconvenient, workers are rude and helpless. Tried to return my phone everything seemed okay to exchange, and then said they couldn’t do it due to one of 3 front mics not working aparently and then proceeded to not put my SIM card back and then lost it spent about 3 hours overall waiting for nothing. And got a new screen protector (plastic) which they ripped mine off in the first place (a glass one) as “compensation”. Waste of time will not be going back.
