Staff sold used returned extractor hood to me. Box had paint on it and someone's address on it. Brought to staff attention but got assured that it was new. Came home and opened it and it was used damaged item. Went back to currys and they said sorry about this we can give you refund and you can buy it from our other store in Leeds. Nothing else. Caused inconvenience of travelling to the store twice and had to travel to other places to get replacement. Also had taken old one out and had to leave it as it for a day. Not very good

I recently purchased a HP laptop from here and was very satisfied with not only the product but the level of customer service I received particularly from the person who served me named Awais. He was professional, friendly and knew how to keep a customer happy. He was very helpful in helping me make the right purchase and make it as smooth of a transaction as possible. There should be more brilliant staff like him in every store. Hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

Usually terrible customer service i just drive to Leeds. I use to wait for 30 minutes before some attends to you or even fgot about you.lack of proffesionalism I seen from many previous experiences staff having a laff and chat and totally discard customer. This time was slightly different lots of new friendly helpfull faces. Like to point out young ginger lad dont rmbr his name very friendly kind proffesional total oposite to previous staff he was always ready to help! Staff needs consistency in happy to help staff and approachable. Keep bringing in the new staff world of difference. It actually felt like a proffesional outlet. Usually feels like you just walked into shop and are inconvenience to staff members who are busy chatting and having a laff so rude always cut you short and can not be bothered attitude. Previously I would have given this no stars!

I purchased a PS5 from the store yesterday, and the customer service from Laiba was exceptional. She recommended an amazing Black Friday bundle deal and gave tailored, helpful advice that made the whole process so easy. Laiba was professional, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic — it really made the experience stand out. The store manager was also extremely professional and helped secure an unbeatable deal for us. Overall, the service was outstanding from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back!
