My experience with this store was terrible. I bought AirPods Pro, and the product had a defect (the lid squeaks and feels loose). The staff could clearly hear the sound but claimed it was “normal” and refused to provide a refund. They also declined to give me a written refusal and did everything possible to avoid taking responsibility. In my opinion, this is a dishonest service that does not meet Apple’s standards. I do not recommend this store and will never deal with them again. I will also make sure to tell all my friends to avoid this place at all costs and never buy anything there.
I bought a new iPhone from the Select store in York last week. Delivery was faster than expected and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I normally dread anything like changing my phone but the staff talked me through the set up which made the transfer very pleasant and easy. I even have a follow up call arranged by the store to check whether there is any further help I need following a week of using the phone. Excellent service and support. I would definitely recommend them
Utter rubbish, don't waste your time. The website claims they do work that they actually don't do. I wasted half a day to visit the store with my iPad only to be told it would have to be replaced. Had I known beforehand I could have saved my time. There were no apologies. I followed up with customer services who did not have the courtesy to respond. Disgraceful behaviour. Plenty of lies and poor customer service. Not a worthy partner of Apple. Save your money and time and go to a proper Apple store.
Great store and it always has been. Thanks in particular to Louise who was really helpful and got me sorted so quickly. Very happy with the extended warranty on my iPad, another reason to keep coming back to Select. Couldn’t have asked for a more friendly and helpful experience.
Would not recommend , contacted Apple support went through diagnostics and said take it to a store. Explained the issue and eventually select booked it in to be repaired. Supposedly sent it away to Apple and watch has not been fixed , only for me contacting the store to inform me the watch had been received back and to contact Apple again - awful service
