This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong individual who enjoys working closely with Financial Advisers and producing high-quality, compliant advice documentation.</p> <p>The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting advisers by carrying out detailed research, analysing client circumstances, and preparing clear, accurate financial planning reports aligned to clients’ objectives.</p> <p>This role also offers structured training and development support with an option to progress towards advising available in the future.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Produce comprehensive, compliant financial planning reports for advisers to present to clients</li><li>Conduct technical research on products, providers, and planning solutions</li><li>Support advisers with client reviews, queries, and ongoing servicing requirements</li><li>Act as a point of contact for day-to-day client and adviser support queries</li><li>Prepare client review packs and obtain illustrations as required</li><li>Keep up to date with financial planning legislation, products, compliance requirements and industry developments</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>Key Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience within a Financial Advice / Wealth Management firm</li><li>Strong paraplanning and report-writing experience is essential</li><li>Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards) is desirable, though not essential.</li><li>Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively</li><li>High attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, well-structured reports and correspondence</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hybrid Working Available</li><li>Support and funding for professional industry qualifications</li><li>Up to 30 days annual leave with holiday purchase (plus bank holidays)</li><li>Excellent Training and Development Support</li><li>Life assurance and pension scheme</li><li>Clear progression opportunities, including the option to progress into an Adviser role</li></ul>
