Brown cow could be a mixture of greetings if ya not local it can be a tricky place but if you know folk or it’s ya local it’s a decent boozer never had any issues . Cracking decking area for an all day session plus cheap enough drink for a fiver cocktail n blow can’t beat it .
Good experience, I definitely appreciate the welcoming attitude of people
You can tell this is the rough pub. Punch machine at the front, "Smile you're on Camera :)" signs, Little kids screaming during the day, No sport channels. They do have a good selection of alcohol though...
ON OUR VISIT 8/02/2022 our first impression was good bar staff , but she then disappeared out the door and was gone quite a while . We were waiting to be served . No one came she then came back and had been obviously shopping, ? I asked for a drink she continued to eat her sausage roll while she pulled my drink , Putting it in her mouth holding it there , till she had pulled my drink . NO HANDS WASHING Been a while since I had been in And will be a long time before I go in again . There obviously making enough money , to be able to leave the bare unattended, to go do her shopping , and keep customers waiting . We didn’t bother with another drink , having food sticking out off your mouth and not washing hands is not good standards
