<p>Brook Street Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business seeking a skilled Industrial Paint Sprayer to join their growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paint professional looking to work within a modern, fast-paced environment where quality and craftsmanship are highly valued.<br /><br />Working as part of the production team, you'll be responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing a range of industrial components to the highest standards, ensuring every product meets strict quality requirements.</p> <ul> <li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Location: Bradford</li><li>Hours: 7:00am- 3:30pm</li><li>Competitive hourly rate between £14.00 to £16.00</li><li>Private medical insurance.</li><li>Company pension scheme.</li><li>Free on-site parking.</li><li>Full-time, Temp to Perm</li><li>Opportunities for training, development, and career progression.</li></ul> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br /></p> <ul> <li>Prepare surfaces for painting through cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.</li><li>Apply industrial coatings using spray equipment to achieve a high-quality finish.</li><li>Set up, operate, and maintain spray guns, compressors, and associated equipment.</li><li>Mix paints and coatings accurately in line with product specifications.</li><li>Carry out quality inspections to ensure consistency, coverage, and finish standards are achieved.</li><li>Follow all health and safety procedures when handling paints, coatings, and solvents.</li><li>Support wider production and fabrication activities when required.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organised work area.</li></ul> <p><br /><strong>What We're Looking For</strong><br /></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience as an Industrial Paint Sprayer, Wet Paint Sprayer, Powder Coater, or Spray Painter.</li><li>Strong understanding of surface preparation and coating application techniques.</li><li>Ability to work from specifications and quality standards.</li><li>Good attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.</li><li>Basic numeracy skills for measurements, paint mixing, and calculations.</li><li>A positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.</li></ul> <p>If you're an experienced Industrial Paint Sprayer looking for your next opportunity with a reputable employer, we'd love to hear from you.
