Through detailed analysis, financial modelling and evidence-based recommendations, you'll play a key role in ensuring our homes deliver the greatest possible value for our customers, communities and charitable purpose.<br /><br />If you enjoy turning complex data into meaningful insights, challenging conventional thinking and helping drive strategic solutions, we'd love to hear from you.<br /><br />What you’ll be doing:<br /><br />As part of our Asset Strategy team, you'll assess the performance and viability of individual properties and larger portfolios, helping inform the direction around:<br /><ul> <li>Investment and reinvestment opportunities</li><li>Property improvements and major repairs</li><li>Redevelopment projects</li><li>Long-term asset performance and value for money</li><li>Disposal strategies</li></ul> <strong>Salary</strong><br /><br />The spot salary for this post is £42,418 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. If you’re still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.<br /><br /><strong>About you</strong><br /><br />We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with commercial awareness and a passion for making a difference.<br /><br />You may come from a housing, property, finance, asset management, investment, valuation or analytical background and will ideally have experience of:<br /><ul> <li>Financial modelling and business case development</li><li>Data analysis and interpretation</li><li>Asset appraisal or investment evaluation</li><li>Producing recommendations for senior stakeholders</li><li>Working with large and complex datasets</li></ul> <br />Most importantly, you'll be curious, confident in your analysis and able to communicate complex information in a clear and engaging way.<br /><br /><strong>Interviews</strong><br /><br />We want your candidate experience to reflect who we are - <em>a place to grow, a place to thrive, a place to be you.</em><br /><br /><strong>Stage 1: A Place to Connect</strong><br />A Teams interview with the hiring manager.
