Real Estate Solicitor (3–6 PQE) <strong>Bradford</strong><br /><strong>Full-time</strong><br /><strong>Hybrid working</strong><br /><br />A well-established and highly regarded commercial law firm is looking to appoint a <strong>Real Estate Solicitor (3–6 years’ PQE)</strong> to join its growing <strong> Bradford office</strong>.<br /><br />Working across a wide range of sectors - including <strong>energy and renewables, retail, leisure and hospitality, transport, logistics, and highly regulated industries</strong> - the real estate team is known for its technical expertise and commercially focused advice.<br /><br />The firm acts for a diverse client base, including <strong>property developers, investors, lenders, and public and third-sector organisations</strong>, such as schools and health-sector bodies.<br /><br />The role This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience within a strong and collaborative real estate team. You will support senior lawyers on a variety of matters, including:<br /><br /><ul> <li>Drafting and negotiating commercial leases<br /><br /></li><li>Licences to assign and underlet<br /><br /></li><li>Sales and purchases<br /><br /></li><li>Reports on title<br /><br /></li><li>Property finance<br /><br /></li><li>Development work<br /><br /></li></ul> You will also be encouraged to manage your own matters, develop client relationships, and occasionally support colleagues in other teams, such as <strong>Corporate and Restructuring</strong>.<br /><br />The role offers genuine exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to play an active role in <strong>business development and client engagement</strong>.<br /><br />About you <ul> <li>Qualified Solicitor with <strong>3–6 years’ PQE</strong> in real estate<br /><br /></li><li>Proven experience handling commercial property matters<br /><br /></li><li>Ideally exposure to more complex work, such as:<br /><br /><ul> <li>Asset management<br /><br /></li><li>Agreements for lease<br /><br /></li><li>Leases and surrenders<br /><br /></li><li>Commercial and residential development<br /><br /></li><li>Investment work (acting for individual and institutional landlords)<br /><br /></li></ul> </li><li>Able to demonstrate your contribution to successful outcomes on matters<br /><br /></li><li>Keen to progress your career within a forward-thinking, commercial team<br /><br /></li></ul> You will bring a <strong>collaborative and flexible approach</strong>, strong organisational skills, and a friendly, approachable manner.
