The owner is awful, smacked me in the face accidentally, she apologised then proceeded to be awful because I was holding my lip after as it hurt, vile place would not recommend to anyone even after I accepted her apology she would not drop it just because I was holding my lip seriously awful environment and staff were telling me to let it go because she was the owner, does not stand up for women just serious vileness. Do not go here.
This is a REAL PUB 💯 Drinks Drinks are really cheap with a great friendly atmosphere. We travelled from from Sunderland to be gladly welcomed by local lads and staff i will be back 5*****
Good atmosphere, friendly, busy, good music, lovely bar staff. A real locals' pub, but they're very welcoming! Fab quirky garden!
Bit rough and ready, but incredible value and so friendly. Sort of place where you walk in a stranger and leave having spent last hour chatting
Had an enjoyable drink. However went to the gents and was not impressed. Locks of “what I told myself was just water” and broken fittings. Needs some TLC.
