VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF MEMBER. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. The staff member was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. He was unwilling to help, communicated in a disrespectful manner, and repeatedly rolled his eyes while I was speaking. His rude attitude and poor manners made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business. I would not recommend based on this experience and hope management addresses this issue to ensure other customers are treated with respect.
Ordered a dry verge for my Envirotile canopy from Rotherham depot, they phoned me to say they hadn’t any in stock but I could collect it from Sheffield depot as they were short staffed, went to Sheffield depot only to be told they didn’t have any in stock ? Phone the guy at Rotherham depot who said he would sort it out, the next day I received a full refund ! But no prior correspondence telling me this was happening 🤔
