Small nature reserve not too far from York. Well maintained and peaceful. Easy to park. Only takes about 20 minutes to see everything but a nice short stroll nevertheless. Plenty of benches to sit and enjoy nature.

The entire park is not very large and only takes about an hour to complete. There are many colorful and brilliant flowers in the park. You can find flowers of different colors in the park. At the same time, you can enjoy the quiet and comfortable air while appreciating nature. It is highly recommended that friends who like nature come here in the summer to appreciate the colorful flowers.

An especially stunning walk in May when this reserve is in full rhododendron bloom, but nice all year round. Takes as little as 20 minutes to navigate, but worth spending longer. Parking easily found by the reserve entrance.

Small woodland walk featuring many mature trees, rhododendrons and Japanese maple. Great for small children to run round and dogs aren't allowed so no risk of poo to stand in. Lots of birds and squirrels. No official parking. Park along roadside which is quite a fast road so take care of children while getting out.
