Twice in a row they've actually forgotten to put the chicken into the Boneless Banquet box - a nice surprise when you get home. Even more irritating really considering it isn't cheap these days. If you order - check they've actually given you what you paid for at the till before walking away.
Missing items, cold food. Ordered via just eat they never answer their phone. Don't recommend
15 minutes to get a kids popcorn chicken. A man and a couple in front of me. The gentleman had what looked like a boneless banquet and the couple I’m not sure but 2 meals. In my opinion 4 simple meals. I seen my order sat there for 15 minutes before was handed it so no idea how long the others had waited. About 5 minutes after I ordered a man went and ordered 2 beans, he was still took there when I left. Food was ok but took way too long considering it was waiting there for me I could have just packed it myself. Service wise worst KFC I’ve been to.
Worst burger ever half of it was raw not even cooked fully disgusting, chicken wings small as hell never seen such small wings do you cut one wing in 3 pieces or what… never again will go here
Just feel everytime whenever I pass on my way home and want to save myself cooking the staff just don’t know how to put your order through correctly as I like a person to take my order I love a variety meal but they never put it through correctly and when handed over I feel like they can’t get to the next order quick enough there is no customer contact at all
