Warehouse Operative
<p><strong>Join Our Team at Müller – Warehouse Operatives</strong></p> <p>The purpose of the role is to manually pack milk into trolleys, move trolleys and empty trolleys across the chill, working in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining knowledge of products and processes involved in the day to day delivery of goods.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Location</strong>: Leeds Depot (WF6 1RY)</li></ul> <ul> <li><strong>Contract</strong>: Full-Time, Permanent</li></ul> <ul> <li><strong>Shift Pattern</strong>: 5 out of 7 (Tuesday - Saturday 22:00 start time)</li></ul> <ul> <li><strong>Pay Rate</strong>: £13.17 per hour (plus below premiums)</li></ul> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>1.5x for Overtime</li><li>1.25x for Saturdays</li><li>1.5x for Sundays</li><li>23% uplift for unsociable hours (6PM – 4AM)</li></ul> </li></ul> <p><strong>Warehouse Operative Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Operate chill trolley packers and shrink-wrappers</li><li>Load and unload inbound/outbound vehicles</li><li>Rotate stock and check date codes</li><li>Follow SOPs, work instructions, and risk assessments</li><li>Maintain high hygiene standards – clean as you go</li><li>Conduct quality control checks to meet product standards</li><li>Replenish materials and support team training</li><li>Communicate effectively across departments</li><li>Carry out additional duties as required</li></ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For </strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous warehouse experience is desirable</li><li>Good literacy and numeracy skills</li><li>Positive, self-motivated, and proactive attitude</li><li>Strong team player who can also work independently</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Committed to high standards and continuous improvement</li></ul> <p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <p>At Müller, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
