⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I genuinely cannot praise Mike at Skopes White Rose enough. Absolutely outstanding customer service from the moment I walked through the door. I came in with less than two hours until a wedding and, to put it mildly, I was PANICKING. The suit I'd originally bought elsewhere was too tight, I wasn't completely sure what size I now needed, I needed something grey, and at that point I genuinely thought I'd left it too late and was completely screwed. Then I met Mike. From the second I explained what had happened, he was absolutely brilliant. He immediately understood what I needed, knew exactly what sizes and styles to look at and took control of the situation. His knowledge was exceptional. He wasn't just grabbing random suits off the rail and hoping something worked. He understood the different fits, how the suit should actually sit on me and what would look right. But what really made the experience was Mike himself. His customer service, personality and sense of humour were absolutely first class. I walked into that shop stressed out of my mind, and within minutes he had me laughing and actually enjoying the experience. He completely changed the atmosphere and somehow turned what had been a nightmare of an afternoon into one of the best customer service experiences I've had. At no point did I feel rushed, pressured into spending more money or made uncomfortable about needing a different size. He just genuinely seemed determined to get me sorted and make sure I walked out happy. And he did exactly that. Less than two hours before a wedding, Mike managed to get me into a suit that fitted properly, looked great and that I actually felt confident wearing. That level of service is rare. Mike didn't just sell me a suit. He genuinely rescued my afternoon and probably saved me from turning up to a wedding stressed, uncomfortable and wearing something that didn't fit. Skopes, look after this man because he is an absolute credit to your company. Knowledgeable, professional, funny, approachable and genuinely exceptional at dealing with customers. Mike, if you ever read this, THANK YOU. You absolutely smashed it. I walked in panicking and walked out smiling, suited and ready for the wedding. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ isn't enough.

Mandi and her team made me feel very looked after. I wanted a man's suit for my wedding but I am female. I also needed a matching suit for my dad (best man). Mandi didnt bat an eyelid she worked with me to show me how my suit could be tailored to fit my curves and adjust dads to fit him perfectly. They dealt with all the alterations even when it needed a second try, several fitting appointments Mandi never wavered with her enthusiasm for my big day. I will be forever greatful for skopes and their part in the best day of my life.

Absolutely brilliant service from all the team for my wedding suits but especially Matthew who handled both measuring up and collection. Nothing too much trouble, including honouring a sale price making things exceptional value. Couldn't recommend more highly.

We visited Skopes this evening to shop for wedding suits for our wedding. We were helped by Mandy and wow, the best customer service we have experienced in a very long time. Absolutely no sales pressure, she just genuinely wanted to help find us the perfect suits. Nothing was too much to ask!! Thankyou so much Mandy. This place is very disability freindly and the people there are extremely lovely! I will definitely return when I next need a suit!
