We visited today and I cannot be more thankful to the staff. They were busy but we were looked after despite this! We had just been seen at Moss Bros across the way and had a torrid experience, only to discover this gem of a place not 20 steps away! I was looking for a wedding suit, looking to spend around £500 with lots of wiggle room if needed. We picked out a beautiful dark green suit that was such lovley quality. Jamie passed me a shirt which was the correct size without the need for a tape measure (bloomin impressive) the shirt was so breathable and comfortable! The trousers were fine and they had all the sizes in stock that I needed to try on. The suit I chose was wonderful. Hamza was our guide. He was knowledgeable, smart, organised and extremely helpful. He took the time to get everything I need! In the end my suit, trousers, waistcoat, shoes, tie, suit bag, Shirt and Belt cost £465 which for the quality is unbelievable value for money given then quality of the products! From what started as an absolute disaster at Moss Bros transformed into an absolute master class on customer service and left us feeling happy and successful on our purchase. I would like to extend mine and my wife to bes gratitude to Hamza and Jamie in particular. What was stressful. Became a casual fun event and stress free! I will be back again, that is for sure. Please dont bother with Moss Bros. Come here instead! Trust me. Be back soon!

I visited the Meadowhall store at the last minute needing a suit, and despite how busy it was, Jamie and Aidan provided outstanding service. Both were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the whole process. They took the time to understand what I needed, offered excellent advice, and made the experience completely stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and their professionalism and friendly approach really stood out. Thanks to their help, I found and purchased exactly what I was looking for. A real credit to the store – I couldn’t recommend Jamie and Aidan highly enough. Thank you both for the excellent service!

I had a great experience shopping for my son’s prom suit here. The staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the whole shopping experience! They took the time to understand exactly what we was looking for and offered excellent advice without being pushy. I spoke to a gentleman over the phone on Saturday who kindly saved a suit jacket for me. He was professional, polite, and friendly, and I believe he was a manager. When I arrived at the store, I was served by Vaughn Tibble. As he wasn’t wearing a name badge, I politely asked, “Do you work here?” He replied, “Well, I wouldn’t be asking if I didn’t,” which came across as sarcastic and made me feel quite uncomfortable. A simple “Yes, I do” would have been much more welcoming. I didn’t want to make a scene, so I continued with my purchase, but the interaction left a negative impression. I only wish the gentleman I spoke to on the phone had been in the store instead. Based on this experience, I would be reluctant to return if Vaughn is working.
