I had an excellent experience with the team at this shop. I had been searching for a PS5 for quite some time, and the service I received from Dom and Terry was outstanding from start to finish. Both were polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I initially came across their advert on eBay and contacted them directly by phone to reserve the console while I arranged a part-exchange of my PS4, three controllers, and two games. The entire process was smooth and straightforward, and I was very pleased with the deal offered. I purchased the PS5 at a great value, and it was exactly as described — in pristine condition. Just waiting to get it up and running, awaiting to put a disc within it to see if all working properly, but so far, seems ok! The console also came with a three-month warranty, which provides additional reassurance. Based on the condition and professionalism shown, I am confident I’ve made the right purchase. Came the other day to the store as I needed to cash off my cheque and only had Revolut account so I had some troubles with it in the other places. Jack was absolutely amazing and he sorted everything for me. I was shocked and very impressed with his costumer service skills. He was patient, polite and super professional. And he had perfectly “upsold”/ recommended me cash exchange service in the store as well. He made me super welcome and explained with patience everything. Jack’s attitude and engagement in his work was outstanding. As past GM of restaurant I was very surprised and so impressed with Jack, this guy is your guy to promote as I see him as part of diamond management team. Dear HR please give him some recognitions as he did brilliant job and i respect his enthusiasm and engagement with the costumers. So professional just like a wow! Thank You Jack!

After reading the comments of the director requesting feedback I must say that this is fab. I purchased a silver bracelet after asking about the item. I was met with a warm and kind smile. Once I wore the piece of jewellery I asked what was the best price. I had a great result. Defo a win for me 😋 Would definitely recommend

I asked if they exchange dirhams and by looking at my skin tone they assumed I wanted to exchange something called ‘Indian Dirhams’. Clearly racist staff as both of the workers assumed I was trying to exchange rupees (the currency they were meant to be referring to). Received no apology and they clearly have no clue what they’re doing.
