Contacted them to see if they could lend against hiigh end pc hardware , they was initially unsure they put throught to the people that deal with tech and responded they are happy to lend what i need on the items . They are very helpful and clearly have a very knowledgable tech team . Excellent service .

Hi there, I am loyal customer of about 5 years at the cash shop now and i went in today to buy back my laptop and just thought id leave a review. Every single time I go in there whether its to put something in on buy back for some short term cash or to cash a cheque, every member of staff has always been lovely and helpful. They are never judgemental, they offer the best price they can do. I put my gaming laptop in for buyback recently and bought it back today, and the man that served me was lovely, and the lady who i saw previously was also amazing and we had a great conversation about gaming. Honestly if you need short term cash for your items this is the place to go. Forget cex or cash converters, cash shop sheffield have amazing service and theyre also very friendly. Ive been there that long im on first name basis with a few staff members. Thanks again for being so helpful. Great shop 10/10

I was incredibly happy with the services provided to me by the cash shop as the moment I walked into the shop I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile from both of the cashier’s. I cashed in my cheque easily and the cashier, she was very fast and also was very welcoming as she was making me and my girlfriend laugh. The process was quick and easy and I would highly recommend using cash shop to send and receive money as I had such a warm welcome, quick and easy process.

I had never set foot in a pawn shop before, so I was somewhat nervous, if not scared. However, Alex in the Sheffield city centre shop, was very reassuring and kind and put my mind at ease. She also took the time to discuss my options (ie buy back or just sell) in a polite and professional matter. Should anyone need to use the cash shop, I would certainly recommend the Sheffield store..... Alex, you're a star!
