What a fabulous little find this pub was. After completing our Sponsored walk for Breast Cancer Now we were looking for somewhere dog friendly to have a drink. Having been turned away from a ‘well known’ pub chain we just happened to speak to someone outside who said this little gem was dog friendly. We had a genuinely lovely warm welcome from the staff. The lovely lady even brought a bowl of water for our four legged friend. The interior bar was cosy and well maintained and the drinks were really cheap compared to other places. Out of nowhere a guy arrived with a supply of freshly roasted potatoes on the house- gorgeous. This place gets a 10 out of 10 from all of us. Thank you for being so welcoming - we will be back 😀
Visited here with my partner a few times and it never disappoints form the reasonably priced drinks to the lovely staff we would highly recommend this place to anyone
Absolutely amazing place absolutely love the people and absolutely amazing staff very friendly and chatty top 5 for sure
Staff are very welcoming, the atmosphere is amazing! The service is quick and a reasonable price.
Hygiene issue. Very doggy, which is fine, but the thing I massively disagree with is allowing dogs to sit on seats with their bare bums on the seats, and this is happening here. Where I’m sat now is probably contaminated. This isn’t right in this day and age where there is great concern over hygiene ratings.
