Great boozer: no nonsense, just good times. The Inns of Court feel like a pub that remembers what people want. good beer, sport on maybe, not over-fussy. The interior is warm, the crowd friendly, and you leave feeling you’ve had value. One of the better local finds.
Authentic local with good beer & character. If you’re after a proper pint in Wakefield, this place hits the spot. Solid ale selection, friendly staff, and you don’t feel like you’ve walked into a generic chain. A few quirks (cash only at times, smaller-ish menu), but you want real pubs like this.
An excellent little boozer, free pool on Tuesdays. We had a great time in here, proper English pub. Just pray these types of places stay open for years to come 🙏
Great pub a little of westgate well worth couple of minutes walk to it. Friendly staff, good beer hobgoblin gold etc. Best jukebox in Wakefield. Can watch sport on sky if you wish.
It has character and is an unexpected unspoilt pub. Maybe a wider choice of cask ales would improve rating.
