Absolutely lovely little charity shop. The team are always polite and helpful & have a great working relationship, The manager is extremely polite and always welcoming.
Amazing shop, a bit pricey but it’s good for the cause. Disappointed that the volunteer at the till did not acknowledge me and he never does as always. I had brought some clothing a several days ago and placed the items at the till I told the young man I needed a bag to put clothing in and he gave me an empty bag. Another volunteer who had an eye missing don’t mean to be rude but that’s the best way to describe him as and him being loud I guess due to his hearing saw that I was upset. Hence, he came to help me from the other side of the rails and offered to put the clothing in the bag the guy at the till got upset it was obvious although he tried to hide it and laugh it off. A disabled man knows and has more manners than a fat boy who doesn’t even help out by folding and placing clothing in the bag like the other volunteer always does. Today i went in again today and the same guy at the till did not acknowledge me so therefore will not be going in again I am a regular customer will not be going in as I’m tired of not being acknowledged or volunteers are not bothered excluding the volunteer that I described I believe he’s new. I'm giving two stars because if it was not for the volunteer stepping in I would not have felt welcomed. the new volunteer cheered me up at the end and made sure i leave satisfied which i was but was angry that i was not acknowledged and was given an empty bag.
i had a great experience at sense. the volenteers were kind and helpful, especially zach, at the til who served me quickly and efficiently. even tho manager Jade was busy moving stock around, she took the time to assist me in finding what i was looking for. she was very friendly and approachable. the store had a wide selection of good donastions including plenty of wunderful clothes. i would highly recommend sense for anyone looking for quality items
