You’ll shape strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver real commercial value across the business.</p> <strong><br />The Role – Senior Procurement Manager</strong> <p><br /></p> <p>As a <strong>Senior Procurement Manager</strong>, you will lead end-to-end procurement activity across indirect categories.</p> <p>You will manage tenders, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance within a regulated framework. This role blends commercial thinking with governance and stakeholder engagement.</p> <p>You will also lead a small team and act as a trusted partner to internal business areas.</p> <strong><br />What You’ll Be Doing</strong> <p><br /></p> <ul> <li>Lead full procurement lifecycle from strategy to contract award</li><li>Run competitive tenders and supplier negotiations</li><li>Deliver cost savings and value-for-money solutions</li><li>Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business</li><li>Manage supplier performance, KPIs, and contract reviews</li><li>Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and policies</li><li>Support digital procurement systems and process improvements</li><li>Line manage and develop a team of procurement professionals</li></ul> <strong><br /><br />What We’re Looking For</strong> <p><br /></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as a <strong>Senior Procurement Manager</strong> or equivalent</li><li>Strong track record in commercial negotiations</li><li>Background in regulated or public sector environments including a strong understanding of PA23.</li><li>Knowledge of procurement frameworks and governance</li><li>Experience managing contracts and supplier relationships</li><li>Confident working with stakeholders at all levels</li><li>Leadership experience with direct reports</li><li>Strong analytical and systems skills (Oracle Fusion experience ideal)</li></ul> <strong><br />Why Join?</strong> <p><br /></p> <ul> <li>Influence procurement strategy at a senior level</li><li>Work in a complex, high-value environment</li><li>Be part of ongoing procurement transformation</li></ul> <strong><br />About the Opportunity</strong> <p>This <strong>Senior Procurement Manager</strong> role offers real visibility and impact.
