|Recently, the York-based organisational development firm h2h kicked off its financial year with an exciting team event at the newly opened coworking space, Patch. This gathering was not just a celebration of their achievements but also an opportunity to discuss important trends and updates that business owners are currently facing.
Team Event at Patch
The event saw the attendance of 18 guests at Patch, which is a vibrant new venue located on the riverside of York. It was a perfect setting for h2h to bring together its consultants for a day of teambuilding and collaboration. During the event, participants shared insights and discussed the goals for the upcoming months, building on their experiences from the past year.
Insights from Susan Binnersley
Co-founder and Managing Director of h2h, Susan Binnersley, led the discussions, sharing valuable updates on the business landscape over the last year. She highlighted the importance of understanding the challenges that their customers are currently facing and how h2h can provide support. Susan remarked, “The recent event was a real success and it highlighted the importance of taking time away from our desks to physically meet and talk in person. h2h stands for human-to-human and our mission is all about a simple belief that great organisations are built around great people, which feels more relevant than ever in today’s age of AI.”
Recent Achievements
h2h has been making significant strides recently. The firm has secured several new projects, including:
A project in the aviation sector
A leadership programme with the rail engineering firm LUR
Completing the 14th successive year of delivering a graduate programme for global engineering company, Trelleborg
Additionally, there has been an increasing demand for outplacement support, which helps employees who are facing redundancy find new job opportunities. These developments demonstrate h2h’s commitment to adapting to the evolving needs of businesses.
Accreditations and Partnerships
In recognition of its ethical practices and commitment to quality, h2h was awarded the Good Business Charter accreditation for the third consecutive year. Furthermore, the firm renewed its Cyber Essentials accreditation for the sixth year in a row, collaborating with Malton-based partner ARMCO IT to ensure high standards of cybersecurity.
Looking Ahead
Exciting plans are on the horizon for h2h. In September, the firm will host a customer event titled Driving Capability Through Chaos at the National Railway Museum in York.
