The announcement was made on Friday, 4th September, and the new contract will keep Jowitt at the Knights for two years starting in 2027. At just 29 years old, Jowitt has had a remarkable journey in rugby league. He spent 12 years at Wakefield Trinity, where he made over 180 appearances since 2014. During his time there, he set a record for the most points scored in a single season, achieving an impressive total of 500 points. This achievement played a crucial role in Wakefield's promotion from the Championship in 2024. Jowitt's scoring prowess includes 198 successful goal-kicking attempts, showcasing his skills as an accomplished goal kicker.
Reuniting with Coach Mark Applegarth
