Owner’s Description
Simonstone Hall is a stunning 16th century country house boasting 19 individual en-suite rooms and suites throughout the main house and adjoining Victorian coach house.
Built as a house in which to entertain guests and share all that is great about the local area, the Hall stays true to these founding principals, serving deliciously local, seasonal and home-grown or reared produce from within the boundary of the original estate.
A warm welcome is just the beginning. Yorkshire is at the heart of all things Simonstone Hall, and the informal and friendly, yet professional hospitality and service is an extension of this.
Feel relaxed, welcome and very much at ease in your very own country house.
Four-legged friends are welcome too – with so many walks, landmarks and attractions to explore in the surrounding countryside, the area has something for everyone – and we’re only too happy to provide recommendations for you.
Our bar and restaurant is open to non-residents too, so you can enjoy delicious dining ahead of an evening on the terrace with fire pits and stargazing in this specially-designated area of ‘dark skies’.
Drop in, or book direct (always book direct!) to enjoy this very special corner of Yorkshire and take-in all that the Hall has to offer – not least the panoramic views from our gardens and terrace!
