Lindon Guest House

From start to finish, our visit was amazing. Rina and Ian are fantastic hosts, with this amazing stay. The property is amazing kept both inside and out which is in a beautiful setting. The room was immaculate with fresh biscuits and coffee/tea (Yorkshire of course) available. The room had an en-suite which was also immaculate with towels and soaps provided. On this stay we also had our dog who was welcome (the only thing is that Rina and Ian ask for dogs to be kept in rooms during breakfast or dinner). We ordered breakfast for the morning too which was incredible, with locally sourced produce which is an extra bonus for myself. Thank you once again Rina and Ian for the fantastic stay, we sure will be back in the future.

Outstanding place to stay. Food and service second to none. Owners work really hard to make sure you're stay is perfect. Rooms lovely and comfy. The place is immaculate. Highly recommend. We are travelling on motorbikes and the parking on site is smooth concrete and no gravel.

Highly recommended. We had such a lovely stay here. The owners are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and you instantly feel at home. My dog Stanley was fussed over and welcomed. The location too, couldn’t be better. The rooms are cosy, spotless, and full of homely touches plus the full english breakfast was spot on. We’ll definitely be returning and would recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable and memorable stay. Plus, excellent value for money.

My friend and I had an amazing stay. The owners were super nice, everything was clean and the little “hobbit” room served us perfectly. Amazing scenery right out the door and good access to trails and footpaths towards Malham Cove, Pennine Way etc. 10/10 Thank you so much!

Lindon Guest House was a lovely place to stay in a beautiful location. One reservation we have, however, is that the website states "vegetarians welcome" and yet at breakfast we were told there were no provisions for vegetarians because "My husband is a farmer and so he doesn't believe in vegetarians". I would say vegetarians aren't exactly given a warm welcome in that case. Another point to make is that the rooms are quite small. This actually meant the cleaner moved my case above the wardrobe ( I imagine in order to move around the room), and I couldn't reach to get it down. Luckily my partner was on hand. The rooms are very sweet and ours had a lovely view so this is not a big issue at all, though I would have liked a sign to hang on the door as we don't usually prefer our room cleaned on short stays. The guest house was so peaceful and had such a good atmosphere that despite these issues, we have even discussed coming back for another short break. We were on a walking trip with a group and would love to stay and just enjoy the atmosphere.
