Had a lovely carvery and soft drink, both of which were unlimited for only £9.95 during an offer in January. Could not fault the food, the staff or venue. I'd ordered the drinks before the carvery, not expecting them to be included in the carvery price. Staff had no issue sorting this out, so was great value for less than £10 each. I went at 4pm on a Wednesday, it was not too busy which was good.as no queue for the carvery. Will hopefully return soon👍
We visited yesterday with family and had a brilliant experience. There was plenty for the children to do, which made it really enjoyable and stress-free for us as parents. The food was excellent, fresh, well presented, and genuinely delicious. What stood out most was the staff. They were welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell they really care about their customers. We had such a lovely time and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.
We dined for breakfast at 8.30am on a weekday. Plenty of parking. Host was welcoming on arrival. No queuing for buffet. One of our group likes well done bacon and the manager was very quick to accommodate, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very nice and good quality food. Latte was perfect, nice strong coffee. 10/10 experience credit to the manager, Robert, for making it an enjoyable visit. Will definitely be back 🤩
Booked for a working team breakfast meeting. Outstanding, the service was excellent, we requested to move to a bigger table and without hesitation we were moved. The food was good, but the atmosphere.. outstanding!! We had our meeting 09:30-11:30 without disturbance. The staff were so accommodating.
Ordered on uber eats app two carvery’s 3 meats we usually order from toby carvery but thought we would give silkwood a try unfortunately won’t be ordering from here again food was cold even though we live 5 minutes away in car Yorkshire puddings was flat like a pancake and some food was also burnt. The roast potatoes please tell your chef to make sure he/she partly boils them before roasting them because they wasn’t even cooked in the middle absolutely waste of money! The gammon was also very fatty like they’d just given us the fatty bits because we ordered online
