We came back from our Wedding ceremony to this Masterpiece, the Flatscape, grazing table. It truly blew us and all our guests away. It was an a amazing display and looked too good to eat but that only lasted a few minutes as our guests fought to fill their plates. I would thoroughly recommend Paitre to anyone wanting the WOW factor for their function. I can't thank you enough for making our big day beyond perfect. X

Wow, wow, wow!! I can’t put into words just how amazing, incredible, outstanding the food that Paìtre provided for us. Linz and Mark arrived at our home and they worked their magic!! Linz styled the table absolutely incredibly, I’ve never ever seen a grazing table like it in my life. It was beautiful. And the quality of the food was incredible. Our family were blown away and we there were so many compliments on the food and layout. My family are still talking about it now. There was so much to choose from and dishes that suited everyone! Linz was also so quick to get across a quote and responded promptly to messages and her communication is great. Very professional but also so friendly and warm. Linz also checked if we had a specific theme for our event and styled the table so that it would suit theme - above and beyond!! Thank you so so so much! It was just incredible. We’ll definitely be using Paìtre for all our future events!

Linz is amazing ! Communication was excellent ... and the table was absolutely stunning. Decorated beautifully and the food was really high quality. The food we ordered was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, full of flavour, and very well received by our guests. We were genuinely pleased with the quality and appearance of the grazing food. However, the communication was poor and ultimately left us disappointed. We had clearly requested and paid in advance for a dessert platter costing £120, as part of a total order of £445. On the day, she arrived without the dessert platter. When we questioned it, she said we hadn’t ordered desserts until she checked her emails at our house and saw that we had. She quickly pulled together a makeshift platter using fruit and shop bought brownies from Sainsbury’s, and even said she would refund the desserts portion of the order. We also went out ourselves and bought more desserts to make the display look more complete. After the party, we followed up regarding the refund, we weren’t asking for the full £120 back, just a fair refund for the missing dessert platter minus what she spent on the day. At first, there was no reply. When she eventually responded, she claimed she had supplied desserts and therefore wouldn’t issue a refund, despite previously admitting the mistake and offering one. After I replied, I received no further response, and it’s now been over two weeks. On reviewing our chat history, I also discovered that she had sent a very long and contradictory message, which she then deleted from the conversation, fortunately, I had taken a screenshot. It’s a real shame, because the food was genuinely lovely, but clear communication, reliability, and professionalism are just as important, especially when dealing with large bookings for special events. Sadly, this experience has made us feel we couldn’t book again or recommend her with confidence.

For the last few months Linz has been working with me on a surprise birthday party for my mom. When I arrived at the venue, not only was I blown away by the giant spread of mouth watering goodies, but the thought and effort that went into keeping within the theme of the birthday, the little details in and amongst the food was beyond what I could of hoped for. I cannot praise Paitre enough; the service and quality provided to me was outstanding. Thank you to you Linz and your team for an amazing job well done. Until the next event.....
