Edit: LV Autos has just replied to my review after 7 month lying about what happened in court. It was a very quick court hearing, I told the judge what happened and he ruled that LV Autos had to refund me the full amount within 14 days in which they did refund me on the 13th day. You will just have to do a quick Internet search to see what they are saying isn't correct and I don't need to give the seller any opportunity to fix the car as evident from the judge ruling in my favour. They also tried selling the car on autotrader under "private seller" (evident by the owners face being in the reflection on the center console 😅) listing that the car had no past faults and in great condition. I'd stay clear if I was you, they're not to be trusted. I recently purchased a car from LV Autos and unfortunately, it has been an extremely disappointing experience. Within just two days of owning the vehicle, several dangerous faults were identified by an independent inspection. These faults included a broken head gasket, overheating issues (which had been cleared on the OBD by the garage), fumes entering the car, power steering problems, and suspension issues, to name a few. From the start, I requested a refund due to these serious problems. However, LV Autos was very reluctant to engage with me and often went weeks without responding to my communications. Instead of honoring my request for a refund, they decided on their own to "fix" the car and deliver it back to me without my knowledge or consent. Due to their lack of transparency, poor communication, and refusal to take responsibility for selling a faulty and dangerous car, I am currently taking LV Autos to court to claim my money back. I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from LV Autos

Bought a Mk6 Golf - very pleased with it! One issue with the battery a week or so after purchase but was resolved swiftly and professionally. Very transparent and willing to answer all questions during the viewing. Recommended.

The sale lady is so rude. Even if you buy £10,000 car cash from this company if you are black expect to be treated like dirt. How can you spell the name on the log book wrong even though I wrote it correctly yet am given an attitude when I ask why. They are so unprofessional. My warranty on the car I bought should better be active for 3 months like you guys say because if within 3 months I have problems with it and you give me your nasty attitude then you will know what’s up. Very very unprofessional I should have bought my car in a company with well mannered civilized sales people. Good riddance to bad rubbish

Bought an automatic Ford fiesta. Lady at LV very transparent and honours the warranty to the letter. She calls back to discuss any issues and responds politely and very helpful. Will recommend

What fantastic honest service. One of my staff needed a small car fast, we went to LV Autos on Saturday morning and looked at a VW Polo, the car was low mileage full service history and had all the receipts for work done. The lady at LV Autos was so helpful with no pressure to buy and even delivery it to York on Sunday morning. Now thats great service..... Thank you LV Autos we would highly recommend.
