Update: March 25. Still no refund Feb 25. Just spoke with a Director after a call with a colleague last week, and it looks like the refund will go through. I suspect under normal circumstances this company is excellent to deal with and a combination of issues have just been unlucky in me falling through the net until now. Dec 24. Still no resolution to this. The sales email doesn’t work. And the parts email and phone number haven’t been answered. Original feedback: Similar negative feedback to some others. I ordered a part that turned out not to fit. When I eventually managed to return my part, my money was never credited back to my account. I’ve called several times before and after Christmas but not a single call was answered. It looks like a great service if the correct part arrives but if it doesn’t, a terrible one that could cost you a lot of money. In response to your reply, can you give me a phone number or email address that works?

Made a couple of enquiries regarding one part but, as with a few others recently, after a few days I got no reply. I then asked if they were trading or never answered any customer queries. This triggered a rather disappointing and personally insulting response from them. To add some balance, there are some recent good reviews, but I suspect that one or two of them may be self congratulation. I would usually find some positive points to highlight, most of my reviews contain encouraging comments where appropriate, unfortunately my experience in this case, was entirely disappointing. I now find it difficult to believe that any potential purchases I may have made, would have resulted in acquiring useable components, if at all.

I bought a set of wheels and alloys from these people, they advertised pictures of a full set in lovely condition fitted with good quality tyres and good tread! I ordered them with a message saying I expect the same wheels and tyres as the 12 pictures on the advert showed in the same condition. What they sent was a completely different set of scruffy alloys in shocking condition fitted with a mismatched set of cheap Chinese tyres! Nothing like the set they had falsely advertised ! I was then offered £20 off to accept them! Shocking customer service, very unhelpful and unwilling to make things right, and then simply stopped replying to my emails! Would not use them again! Pictures show great products, then they delivery rubbish and try to persuade you to accept them. Then refuse to respond to emails! Extremely unprofessional scammers!

Great service from these guys, came across them On ebay received a BMW F20 engine fitted and runs like new. Great competitive pricing, service and delivery A1 standard !
