Tim was incredibly professional, arrived right on time, and was clearly meticulous about his work. He took extra care in high-traffic areas and managed to remove several stubborn spots we thought were permanent. Altogether great experience. Tim was really friendly and knowledgeable when he contacted with the initial quote, arrived when he said he would, finished earlier than I expected and was utterly professional throughout. He wasn't the cheapest quote we heard, but his clear explanations of how the work would be undertaken and what sorts of results we could expect left me confident he was the best one for the job. Got out stains that I wasn't expecting to shift from some very well trodden carpets! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Tim has done a wonderful job today getting ink stains out of a bedroom carpet .He explained what the machine would do which he was using, and the cleaning fluids which he used.He also said he would be able to come back if any of the stains hadn't come out. Highly recommended.

Tim did our entire house and although the carpets are more than 20years old they came out looking great. Drying took a little longer than expected but probably because we had all the carpets done at once. Tim clearly knows his trade and had some serious equipment to do it. - Great service, would highly recommend!
