I walked in and got presented by a lovely receptionist- her customer service was exceptional Dr Brown was amazing 👏. He actually listened to my problem as I could tell from his body language. I have moved from stanley health centre. I must say its been the best change I made! Keep up the good work everyone.
I moved to Wakefield three years ago. In that time me and my family have attended and been attended by members of this surgery. Everyone of them has gone above and beyond what is expected of them.
Thank you for treating my request for information with total respect. Everyone working in the practice who I have had to communicate with have been very approachable and professional.
I saw the pharmacist for a minor ailment and it was so quick and efficient. Couldn’t recommend it enough! A GP definitely didn’t have to see me for this and the pharmacist was so lovely
I was 8 minutes late today for my routine dressing they didn’t see me they give me next appointment
