Highly recommended! We had a new boiler and radiators fitted and Danny was brilliant at his job and very efficient. He was extremely respectful and treated our house like it was his. Pricing was reasonable with a high quality service. They never ate through a full days work just so that they could be productive and give us a good customer experience. Thankyou so much for your work and we would definitely be using you again in the future!
During the recent cold spell my boiler broke down at the worst possible time, but I wasn’t in urgent need of a call-out although it was available. Dan arranged a convenient visit for us both 3 days later, diagnosed the issue, sourced and fitted a part, and got it running, then came straight back after a required school run to finish the permanent fix. He didn’t charge a call-out fee and only billed two hours’ labour plus the part—very fair. He was also refreshingly honest about what further work was (and wasn’t) needed, and gave great advice without trying to upsell. Reasonable rates, trustworthy service. Would highly recommend.
I recently had a new boiler and Radiators installed by Danny and hid colleague, and From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional, and efficient. Danny got straight to work, and did a really tidy job. I really appreciated. I’d definitely recommend Danny to anyone needing a new boiler or any gas work. Honest, reliable, and professional from start to finish.
Cannot recommend enough! Danny was brilliant, we had our boiler serviced and Hive installed by him. Excellent communication throughout the entire process and took his time resolving all the issues you get when working with an older boiler! We’ve passed on his details to all our friends and family, and we will definitely have him back for any future work!
Mr Danny Hardy-Passant I can’t say enough about how good this man is. I rang out of the blue and he with the help of pictures and talking to me and being so supportive (I am in my 70tis) he managed to get me to refill my boiler and I am so very grateful.
