Rude staff, refused to take my dpd parcel unless I gave the cashier my mobile number (already prepaid) Took it elsewhere no problem. Call in fairly regularly but will be using the new local Tesco in the future.

If you’re buying anything on offer, check the price when you pay! I went in for 2 bottles of wine that were on offer at £5.99 each. Got to the till and was asked to pay £14.98. I said that they are on offer at £5.99. The guy was on the phone to someone and wasn’t speaking English, so I have no idea what was said. He came off the phone and told me the price had ‘expired’. I told him I’d leave it, went to the Spar and paid more (for better wine). Think they thought they’d try it on because it was Easter Sunday and not many shops were open.
I have been a customer for 20 years, new ownership seem great and have done well with the refurbishment. However I will now be taking my business elsewhere on their new rule of removing motrocycle helemts. I was told to remove my motorcycle helmet by someone new who works there and when I asked when did that become a new rule he could not tell me anything, no signage on the door etc. Sorry, but I will not shop there anymore if you cannot accomodate all your customers.
