Really positive experience, the lady behind the desk was very polite and we had a lovely conversation while she went through the clothes. Are provided roughly 100 pieces of clothing, and only three were a bit too worn, which is completely understandable - they were not too picky. I would happily recommend a visit here.

Hi, lovely staff, had no problem at all. Welcome with a smile. They only take clothes that are good to be reused as they sent it to other shop. They won't accept wet clothes, dirty underwear, bedding as this is something that is unhygienic.

Use that shop for few months now, everything is exactly positive. Owner & staff very friendly and helpful. Fully recommend :D

Just took some clothes to this shop. Walked in to be looked at and then looked away. I had to say Hi first. Extremely rude staff. Looked at the clothing with an upturned nose and disgusted face. Would never go again.

Really good experience going into this blind and not knowing what I was doing, really helpful man called Adrian and they took an insane amount of clothes off of me, which I did not expect, 10/10
