Amazing gym located in Osset. Friendly members of staff working here and gym memebers too. Powerlifting, strongman and bodybuilding equipment. I highly recommend to try this out for a day pass, major difference from the commercial gyms.

Honestly a great strength gym, can also train for hypertrophy if you're wanting to get in to shape. Everyone is super friendly too. 11/10 would reccomend

Amazing environment for people wanting to build strength. Great owners who go the extra mile for their members. Never been in a gym with such a positive environment throughout, everybody supports each other.

First time in a gym since covid and getting set up to train in my garage. Found this an incredibly well equipped and most welcoming environment. Excited to visit once a week for the foreseeable to get my hands on some strongman implements.

Fantastic little gym run by two brothers. Fantastic, encouraging atmosphere. Everyone is always friendly and happy to help. As someone who is terrified of the mainstream gyms, this is perfect and I cannot recommend highly enough
